Shipping charges are calculated based on shipment size, weight, & delivery destination.
All products are shipped via Polish National Post or any other shipping company like UPS, DPD, DHL etc. You will receive an notification with tracking information once your package has shipped. Always double check the listed address on your invoice as we are not responsible for items once they have left the House of Boxes.
All of our products are available for international purchase. Due to the nature of shipping andeach country's policies, custom charges and/or duty taxes may apply & are the responsibility of the client.
Please note that the the client responsibility is to track the location of their package using the tracking information provided by House of Boxes.
Clients are encouraged to check their tracking information frequently to avoid items being returned to Poland. In the event of a package being returned to Poland due to being unclaimed or undelivered, client will be charged additional shipping accordingly.
Shipping time for orders is based on the location and chosen courier of the client. Kindly view the shipping time estimates for the following locations with the corresponding couriers:
- - Orders shipped UE will take 3-7 working days to arrive.
- - Orders to other countries will take 7 - 30 working days to arrive, depends on your location, you can contact us with more details.
Due to the custom-nature of our products, all orders are final. We ask that you review every detail before placing your order. If there are any concerns with your order once received (incorrect sizing, ribbon color, etc.), please contact House of Boxes at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We can address any issues within seven days of receipt of your product.
We appreciate that circumstances sometimes change. Custom product orders may be cancelled up to two business days after receipt of payment.
We take great care crafting, packaging, & shipping our products. Please inspect every item once you have received your shipment.
